OneAZ Credit Union is a financial services company that serves more than 160,000 members and 10,000 local businesses. Since 1951, OneAZ has helped Arizonans meet their financial needs by offering a full suite of personal and business banking solutions. As a credit union, they are owned by their members, and their earnings are returned to members in the form of better interest rates and lower fees for services. With 20 branches across the state, OneAZ needed a partner who could streamline print and promotional item fulfillment to their teams across Arizona. Prisma offered a unique value proposition through dokshop, Prisma’s proprietary marketing supply chain technology.

Unifying Branded Materials
Since dokshop is Prisma’s proprietary software, the OneAZ team was able to have complete input on the creation of their brand management portal. Standardized event kits were added to the dokshop portal to give their retail team a structured and streamlined resource for their events around the state
of Arizona. These kits included promotional items, flyers, cards, certificates, and signage that would enhance their marketing efforts and ensure brand consistency at all events. OneAZ placed an initial stocking order for 4 distinct kits, each including up to 5 different items with print quantities from 25-500. Prisma managed the inventory efficiently and automatically re-stocks when quantities run low.

Streamlining the Event Process
OneAZ values its partnership with Prisma and found Prisma easy to work with and quick to respond to their questions. Prisma helped them successfully fulfill their goals of streamlining the event process for a statewide team by providing standardized materials for marketing outreach and community events. Utilizing dokshop, their teams can now customize and order pre-approved event kits, comprised of print materials and promotional items, and have them delivered straight to their branches. Through this process, they have seen significant cost reductions in per-unit pricing, delivery fees, and time/capacity.

Benchmark Electronics is an all-inclusive technology design, production, and manufacturing company. They are equipped to handle projects from conception to full-scale manufacturing and beyond! When they needed a mural installation on the glass walls of their conference room for their Tempe office location, Prisma’s grand format team stepped up to the plate. Benchmark wanted something that would really capture their brand and showcase the lively town of Tempe, Arizona. Prisma developed a plan that would accomplish this with style and ease.
Prisma’s goal was to create a unique, functional, and visually appealing Benchmark mural. Our creative team worked closely with Benchmark to design a mural that showcased the essence of their Tempe location, while simultaneously maintaining brand consistency. The Benchmark team decided to feature something that would make them feel at home, which is why Prisma’s creative team incorporated imagery of the well-known Tempe Town Lake and “A” Mountain in the mural. This representation is exclusive to this Benchmark location; whereas their logo and tagline on the mural uphold their brand and keep it consistent amongst all Benchmark locations.
Prisma printed the mural directly on eight Dusted Crystal glass panels using our wide format printer. This material helps to create an aesthetic visual from the inside. While the original material for the project was going to be opaque, Prisma recommended that the panels be translucent to allow more light into the room. This was key to really making the mural pop! Prisma’s installation team brought the entire design together by also including Dusted Crystal glass on the conference room doors.
