Distilled Beginnings
Tito’s Handmade Vodka, an iconic Austin-born brand, has become one of the most recognizable spirits in the world. As their national footprint expanded, so did the complexity of managing hundreds of branded marketing materials across diverse markets.
What started as a few small print jobs with Prisma quickly matured into a full-bodied partnership that transformed how Tito’s handles production, fulfillment, and brand consistency at scale.
Shaken, Not Streamlined
By 2019, Tito’s Vodka was juggling over 100 SKUs across 10 separate programs — each managed by different print vendors and a third-party fulfillment provider. This fragmented approach created several pain points:
- Inconsistent brand quality due to varied color standards and substrates
- Inefficient coordination between print and fulfillment teams
- Redundant freight costs and fragmented billing
- Limited visibility into inventory and reporting
Tito’s needed a partner who could mix things up—streamlining operations, improving quality control, and scaling with their rapid growth, all while keeping their brand as smooth as their vodka.
The Perfect Blend
Prisma rose to the occasion by proposing a full consolidation strategy to Tito’s. The goal: bring all print production and fulfillment under one roof. Our recipe for success included:
- Centralized production of all marketing SKUs — including case cards, shelf talkers, case tuckers, menu cards, posters, and wobblers.
- Integrated fulfillment and kitting for faster turnaround and improved accuracy.
- Standardized reporting, billing, and inventory tracking through a single point of contact.
This approach gave Tito’s the control, consistency, and scalability they needed while reducing costs and operational friction.
Cheers to Results
The transformation delivered measurable impact for Tito’s Handmade Vodka, including significant cost savings through vendor consolidation and optimized shipping, streamlined workflows for creative approvals, proofing, logistics, and enhanced brand consistency across all printed materials. Most notably, the partnership enabled scalable growth, expanding from 100 SKUs in 2019 to over 200,000 individual items shipped in 2025, all managed seamlessly through Prisma’s in-house systems.
