Serving Menu Management Solutions

From the fresh feel of Flower Child to the robust environment at the Arrogant Butcher, Fox Restaurants Concepts makes guests feel right at home. With more than 15 brands throughout 15 states, Fox’s corporate marketing team needed a way to ensure the menu management and marketing logistics for each brand is kept in line. In addition to menu management, Fox requires a partner that can execute wide format murals, signage, parking and more to create onbrand experiences for its customers.
Big ideas come to life
Ever seen a 3D mural made entirely out of Converse sneakers? Prisma has! Prisma’s expert team has executed some of Fox’s most daring restaurant décor installations. Prisma partnered with Fox brand Culinary Dropout to install a custom printed backdrop and more than 100 artist-designed Converse sneakers. Restaurant décor solutions for a Blanco location refresh include direct-print to ceramic tile and an LED gallery wall that transports
guests to a vibrant paradise. Prisma even answered the call when country music star Kasey Musgraves made it know what a fan of Flower Child’s gluten-free muffins she was. Prisma produced custom muffin trays so that Flower Child could surprise and delight Kasey while touring the Phoenix area near Fox’s headquarters.
Multiple Brands. One Home.
Fox’s menu management has a unified home in dokshop, Prisma’s proprietary software. Dokshop allows
users to access a permissions-based ordering site for menus and print collateral. Inventory is managed and controlled by the robust reporting available to the corporate team, and what was once chaos to manage is now an automated process. Each location has the ability to edit, proof and order only what has been set up in their permissions, so brand standards are safe and ordering power remains in the hands of each location. For complex menu rollouts, Prisma’s team receives menu files which are updated per location, prepped for press and printed and shipped all in-house. Order histories from each location’s dokshop site helps streamline needed quantities so nothing is wasted.

Streamlined Accounting
Fox also enjoys the ease of Prisma’s billing which drops invoices into their own FTP server and ground them by brand and location. By grouping all print invoices with their POS system, Fox is able to better account for their marketing spend in a central location.
OutFOXing the Competition
Fox growth from a single location to more than 50 restaurants throughout the US is a tribute to their innovation and fantastic concepts. We are proud to help streamline their menu management and marketing logistics to ensure they stay focused on continued growth!

Benchmark Electronics is an all-inclusive technology design, production, and manufacturing company. They are equipped to handle projects from conception to full-scale manufacturing and beyond! When they needed a mural installation on the glass walls of their conference room for their Tempe office location, Prisma’s grand format team stepped up to the plate. Benchmark wanted something that would really capture their brand and showcase the lively town of Tempe, Arizona. Prisma developed a plan that would accomplish this with style and ease.
Prisma’s goal was to create a unique, functional, and visually appealing Benchmark mural. Our creative team worked closely with Benchmark to design a mural that showcased the essence of their Tempe location, while simultaneously maintaining brand consistency. The Benchmark team decided to feature something that would make them feel at home, which is why Prisma’s creative team incorporated imagery of the well-known Tempe Town Lake and “A” Mountain in the mural. This representation is exclusive to this Benchmark location; whereas their logo and tagline on the mural uphold their brand and keep it consistent amongst all Benchmark locations.
Prisma printed the mural directly on eight Dusted Crystal glass panels using our wide format printer. This material helps to create an aesthetic visual from the inside. While the original material for the project was going to be opaque, Prisma recommended that the panels be translucent to allow more light into the room. This was key to really making the mural pop! Prisma’s installation team brought the entire design together by also including Dusted Crystal glass on the conference room doors.
