When it comes to branded apparel, the smallest details often leaves the biggest impression. While printed apparel continues to be a great option for many projects, embroidery has become a major trend as businesses look for a cleaner, more polished way to showcase their brand.
Whether you’re outfitting employees, preparing for a trade show, or creating branded merchandise for customers, embroidered apparel adds a level of professionalism that stands out.
Why Choose Embroidery?
Embroidery creates a premium, long-lasting finish by stitching a design directly into the fabric rather than printing it on the surface. The result is a textured, durable look that holds up through repeated wear and washing.
“Embroidery has been on the rise with brands recently,” says Prisma Sales Representative Angela Tripp. “It is seen as cleaner, more professional, and higher quality.”
From polos and jackets to hats, backpacks, and other accessories, embroidery helps elevate everyday apparel into something people are proud to wear.
Apparel for Every Need
Not every embroidery project looks the same.
Some customers need hundreds of matching hats for a company event or uniforms for an entire warehouse team. Others need a single embroidered polo for a new employee, or one personalized item shipped directly to a customer.
That’s why Prisma’s embroidery operation in Baton Rouge is built for flexibility.
Our six Amaya embroidery machines are dedicated to print-on-demand jobs, including polos, jackets, sweatshirts, bags, and more. For larger production runs and hat embroidery, our two Barudan machines efficiently handle both hats and flat apparel while maintaining exceptional consistency from the first piece to the last.
Whether we’re producing one custom item through a print-on-demand program or completing a large bulk order for a corporate rollout, our team has the equipment and expertise to deliver high-quality embroidery with reliable turnaround times.
Attention to Every Stitch
Creating quality embroidery is about much more than loading a design into a machine.
Before production begins, our team carefully estimates stitch counts, selects the proper thread colors, and creates a sew-out—a stitched sample—for customer approval. Our graphic designers also determine the ideal size and placement of each logo to ensure it looks balanced on every garment.
Color matching is another critical part of the process. Unlike printed ink, thread colors can’t be blended together, so our branded merchandise team carefully matches thread colors to your brand standards, often using Pantone® (PMS) color references and years of experience to achieve the closest possible match.
Elevate Your Brand
Branded apparel is often one of the first impressions people have of your business. High-quality embroidery creates a polished, consistent look while giving employees and customers something they’ll actually want to wear.
Whether it’s uniforms, promotional merchandise, event apparel, or branded accessories, embroidery feels intentional. It adds texture, durability, and a premium finish that helps a brand stand out long after an event is over, or a workday ends.
The best branded apparel isn’t just something people receive—it’s something they choose to wear again and again. That’s the lasting impact thoughtful embroidery can have.
