Innovative Renal Care (IRC) is a company with a modernized approach to kidney care. Recently IRC and American Renal Associates (ARA) were re-branded and aligned to include more than 200 dialysis centers in 27 states, along with 5 health system partnerships and more than 400 affiliated nephrologists. These partnerships allow IRC to serve 17,000 patients, annually. With the new brand alignment, IRC prioritized employee access to their brand. Prisma’s dokshop technology offered a solution to transform a manual “group-buy” process for their 200+ clinics three times a year, to an online store that allows their clinics to have 24/7 access to print, promo and apparel items needed.
In order to take the online shop live, Prisma programmed numerous inventory items that range from paper products to employee uniforms. IRC’s dokshop site is easily navigable with distinct product segmented into three categories: Corporate, American Renal Associates, and Innovative Renal Care. Both the ARA and IRC categories have apparel for employees, promo items for clients (like blankets and stress balls), print collateral items (like business/appointment cards), wristbands, posters and name badges for the staff.
The IRC dokshop site has revolutionized the efficiency with which the company can create “same store experiences” among its locations. Additionally, IRC has increased its time to market by leveraging Prisma’s technology and has saved considerable cost by consolidating vendors. What once was a stressful and costly process has now become as easy as the click of a button.
