Helping Those Who Help Others
A faith community that includes 94 parishes, 23 missions, and 35 Catholic schools in the Greater Phoenix Area is one to be revered. The Diocese of Phoenix is dedicated to helping people in the community, supporting more than 70 charities and ministries. The Diocese came to Prisma to design and produce the collateral for their 2020-2021 Charity and Development Appeal campaign, and Prisma was ready to make it happen. From initial concept and graphic design, to printing and mailing, Prisma was there each step of the way, using innovation and technology to ensure a seamless and effective outcome.
A Design from the Heart
The Diocese of Phoenix came to Prisma in need of full-cycle collateral production. Our creative team got to work right away on the design concept for their project, presenting various options from which the Diocese could choose. It was imperative that the design matched the theme of the year, “Let Your Light Shine.” This beautiful sentiment needed an equally-stunning design, and our team did not disappoint. The Diocese of Phoenix took a leap of faith and chose a design direction that was vastly different from the campaigns they had in the past. The results? Phenomenal.
Printing with Passion
After the initial concept and design, it was time to move on to print production. In total, Prisma produced 13 different campaign pieces, including direct mail letters and pledge forms, brochures, posters, digital ads, envelopes, and more. The designs featured vibrant pink and purple ombre coloring and gorgeous imagery, and the team was excited to finally see it on paper. The envelopes were printed using our Komori offset press, and the letters were printed with variable data using our digital web press. The inserting of the letters into envelopes took place on Prisma’s intelligent, high-speed equipment, with 2D printed barcodes and electronic eye detection to ensure accuracy. The ability to use technology to produce high volume collateral with variable data is what puts Prisma above the rest! This process made the multiple jobs run smoothly and efficiently, which is always the expected outcome when creating & printing marketing collateral with Prisma.
So, Did it Work?
Yes! This end to end campaign management appeal was very successful for the Diocese of Phoenix, and they collected a record-breaking amount in donations. To say they were satisfied is an understatement.
