Michelle Yun is a dynamic and strategic leader guiding the growth and performance of Prisma Nashville. With over 20 years of sales and operations experience in the commercial print industry, she is deeply committed to building strong teams, driving operational excellence, and elevating the customer experience. Michelle joined Prisma in 2021 to lead the newly established Nashville location, successfully blending the cultures and best practices of Parris Printing and Tru Color Lithographic following their acquisition. She is known for her ability to unite people around a shared vision, empower individuals to do their best work, and bring innovative ideas to customers to help them grow their businesses. Over the course of her career, Michelle has held key leadership roles across both packaging and commercial print operations for RRD and Consolidated Graphics. Her leadership has been marked by operational transformation, customer‑focused problem solving, and a passion for developing high‑performing teams.
