The People of Prisma

Brett Knoess is the President of Prisma New Orleans, where he leads the division with a comprehensive approach that spans sales, operations, and production.  Brett brings a bird’s-eye view to the business, guiding all departments with a focus on excellence and customer satisfaction.

Born in New York and raised in Mandeville, Louisiana alongside his two siblings, Brett’s journey in the print industry began early —working summers in offset printing during high school. After earning a BA in Advertising from Louisiana State University and an MBA from the University of New Orleans, he returned to his roots in print, combining creative and technical expertise with a passion for leadership.

Brett’s career includes pivotal roles in graphic design, management, and sales. His deep knowledge of production methods and materials, paired with a customer-first mindset, has made him a driving force behind the company’s growth and reputation for quality. He believes that understanding the customer’s perspective is the cornerstone of great service and strives to instill that philosophy throughout his team. Brett takes immense pride in his work and has helped foster a culture of excellence across Prisma New Orleans.

Outside of work, Brett enjoys working on his house, spending time with his wife Camilla—whom he happily married 15 years ago—and their dogs. He’s an avid reader, a fan of horror movies, and finds balance through running.
