Prisma Graphic, LLC (“Prisma” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of CenterGate Capital, announced today it has increased its national marketing logistics footprint to four production facilities with the acquisition of Capital Printing LLC (“Capital”) in Austin, TX and Spectrum Printing Company, LLC (“Spectrum”) in Tucson, AZ.
In 2021, Prisma acquired two Nashville-based print manufacturing companies creating what is now Prisma Nashville. The two new acquisitions will be similarly welcomed into the Prisma family. These significant acquisitions have positioned Prisma as a national player in the marketing logistics space, creating bi-coastal efficiencies for nationwide clients.
