Following the tragedy on June 30th of the fallen Granite Mountain fire fighters, we installed a banner on our building to support the 19 brave men and their families. In addition, Prisma pledged to match all funds donated to support the Granite Mountain Hotshot families. With employee donations and matching contributions from Prisma, together we donated over $4,500 to the Granite Mountain Hotshot fund, to support the surviving family members.
Prisma will be hosting more “do good” events this year. If you’re part of the local community we encourage you to participate! We will be hosting a Red Cross Blood drive on Tuesday, September 3. Along with the blood drive, later this year Prisma will be hosting a water drive. Especially in Arizona, the Red Cross is in need of large amounts of drinking water. Let’s show our support! Check back for more details.
