The People of Prisma

Stephen St. Cyr is the President of Prisma Baton Rouge, where he leads with a steady focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and thoughtful growth. Known for his balanced approach to leadership, Stephen believes in getting better before getting bigger—a philosophy that has guided the company through years of expansion and evolution.

Raised in Slidell, Louisiana as one of twelve siblings, Stephen learned the value of teamwork and resilience early on. He met his wife, Donna, while attending LSU, and together they’ve raised three children with love and dedication. Stephen earned his undergraduate degree in Quantitative Business Analysis (now ISDS) and a master’s degree in Finance, which laid the foundation for a career that spans banking, entrepreneurship, and service.

After a stint in banking and various business ventures, Stephen was called to active duty during Operation Desert Storm, serving for nearly a year as part of his ROTC commitment. Upon returning, he was inspired to start his own business, leading him into the sign and printing industry where he co-founded Vivid Ink Graphics and has remained ever since.

Stephen’s passion for customer service has shaped his expertise in the technical aspects of graphics and printing. He’s built a company culture that prioritizes clarity, precision, and client understanding—especially when tackling complex projects. Around the office, he’s known for his honesty, sound judgment, and ability to make the complicated feel manageable.

Outside of work, Stephen is a licensed pilot with a love for aviation. On weekends, you’ll often find him visiting family, playing tennis or basketball, or enjoying time with fellow members of the Baton Rouge Ancient Athletes Society and Bocage Racquet Club. He’s also an active parishioner at Christ the King Church, where his commitment to community continues to shine.
