The People of Prisma

Johnny Weaver joined Prisma in 2024 through the company’s strategic expansion into Central Texas with the acquisition of Capital Printing in Austin. As President of Prisma, Austin, Johnny brings over 25 years of commercial print experience.

Prior to the acquisition, he served as Vice President of Operations where he was responsible for the operational direction of Capital Printing. Before joining Capital, Johnny worked 20 years for OneTouchPoint, serving in a variety of roles including General Manager for the Austin facility and Corporate Senior Vice President for Operations.

Johnny holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He’s a native Austinite and when not working enjoys hiking and being outdoors.
