Jay S. Lundberg became the Prisma Tucson General Manager in 2025, after leading the Shipping/Receiving Department at Prisma’s headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. He brings with him extensive entrepreneurial experience and a results-driven mindset. As General Manager, he oversees daily operations, manages budgets, allocates resources, and monitors financial performance to ensure organizational success.

Jay owned and operated a print shop for 24 years, a venture that honed his business acumen and leadership skills. After selling the shop, he expanded his professional portfolio by earning a real estate license and teaching Continuing Education courses in Situational Awareness for real estate agents and clients. Jay’s diverse expertise reflects his commitment to personal and professional growth.

Jay studied at the University of Minnesota and Normandale Community College, and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. His multifaceted background shapes his approach to leadership and resource management.

Outside of work, Jay and his wife Kristie are passionate about outdoor adventures such as hiking, camping, and stand-up paddleboarding. He’s also an avid runner and gym enthusiast who believes that what you do today determines tomorrow’s success.
