Super Bowl week brings a level of energy that’s hard to match — parties, concerts, and events building toward Sunday’s game. This year, Prisma had the chance to be part of it, putting our large-format capabilities to work across some of the week’s biggest venues.
Transforming a Conference Room Into a Football Field
One of our favorite projects this week: helping the Renaissance Hotel prepare for a Pepsi-sponsored meet-and-great with NFL players. Our large-format installation crew turned a standard hotel conference room into a football field, complete with:
- Printed vinyl tabletop covers in two sizes
- Adhesive vinyl cutout numbers
- Foam core menu boards
- A foam core and Coroplast signage display
The result is a space guests won’t forget — and a good example of what’s possible when print, materials, and installation come together with the right team behind them.
