Wayne Steffan serves as Vice President of Information Technology & Cybersecurity at Prisma, where he leads the organization’s technology strategy, cybersecurity initiatives, infrastructure, and digital transformation efforts. He is responsible for ensuring Prisma’s technology environment remains secure, scalable, and aligned with the company’s long-term business objectives.
With more than 30 years of technology leadership experience and 37 overall, Wayne brings a diverse background spanning both public and private sector organizations. Prior to joining Prisma, he served as Director of Technology at Logan Simpson, where he led technology operations and strategic IT initiatives supporting the firm’s growth and business objectives. Before that, he spent more than a decade as Director of Technology for Carlsbad Municipal Schools, overseeing technology planning, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, and user support across the district.
At Prisma, Wayne works closely with teams across the organization to strengthen information security, modernize technology platforms, and drive operational efficiency. His expertise in cybersecurity, infrastructure management, and strategic technology leadership helps ensure Prisma remains well-positioned to support its clients, employees, and continued growth.
