Designing with Purpose for a Veteran Nonprofit

Designing with Purpose for a Veteran Nonprofit

Case Study

Challenge

Honor Flight Louisiana, part of the national nonprofit network dedicated to flying veterans to Washington, D.C., to visit memorials built in their honor, needed help creating promotional materials but had no existing artwork or brand assets beyond a few logo variations.

Prisma’s Solutions

Prisma Baton Rouge collaborated closely with the local Honor Flight chapter to design a custom Louisiana-specific logo and a series of banners that captured the spirit of the mission. Drawing inspiration from original World War II artwork, Prisma created visuals that connected generations of veterans, from WWII to Korea and Vietnam, through a unified and respectful design.

“We couldn’t be more pleased with Vivid Ink Graphic’s (now Prisma Baton Rouge) support for our organization. The banner is beautiful,” said Jeffrey Eichholz, Honor Flight LA

Takeaway

Prisma’s design expertise helped Honor Flight Louisiana turn a vision into a powerful visual identity supporting veterans with dignity and distinction, and amplifying Honor Flight’s message across the state and beyond.
