The People of Prisma

Wayne Raybon joined Prisma at the beginning of 2022 to manage the shipping department and spearhead the reorganization of the warehouse, and receiving workflows. Wayne has 29 years of warehousing, logistics, shipping & distribution experience. His experience was driven by the training that he received in the U.S. Navy where he served as the Hangar Bay & Flight Deck captain. Wayne learned warehousing and storage best practices through his experience in the Navy. From there, Wayne grew in the workforce learning first as a laborer, being promoted to a lead, then on to being a Warehouse Manager. Wayne’s goal for the company is to make for a more efficient workflow in the warehouse that will result in productivity improvements for the pressroom.

Away from work Wayne loves to spend time with his family & watching football.
