Susan Evans
Account Manager
Susan has 21 years of experience in the print industry. She specializes in customer service and project management. From 2003-2009, Susan was a certified USPS Mail Piece Quality Control Specialist. At her previous company, she managed projects for top 10 clients who represented 75% of their 60M in revenue. At Prisma, she continuously works with our team to identify, draft, implement, and test new procedures.
Susan has 12 years of experience as a Graphics Account Manager, working with time-sensitive transactional documents, such as billing statements and tax documents. She moved to Phoenix in 2013 and joined Prisma’s Account Management prisma-department in July of 2016.
When not in office Susan enjoys camping, hiking, and taking a few days off to travel.
