The People of Prisma

Native to Middle Tennessee, Pattie got her start in the industry right out of school at Hessey Printing 34 years ago. She began as a part-timer, stuffing envelopes and applying mailing labels, prior to the advent of inserters and inkjet machines. She was quickly hired on full-time and held many positions over the next 8 years, from the darkroom to the bindery and mailroom. When M. Lee Smith Publishers bought the company in 1995, she began her career as a Customer Service Representative. Pattie excelled in this role for 11 years before the company was purchased by Parris Printing, LLC, where she continued to provide outstanding customer service for another 15 years. She now joins the team at Prisma Nashville. Her excellent communication skills, willingness to go the extra mile and deep understanding of the industry have allowed her to cultivate strong client relationships throughout the years.

Pattie enjoys spending time with her husband, Tracy, of 31 years, their 2 sons and 4 grandchildren. She devotes her weekends to playing with her grandchildren, as well as watching the Vols and the Titans play in the fall. Football is her favorite pastime.
